Another from DC Nation 
I loved the design for this character (kinda reminds me of Killer Frost from Justice league)
The original was quite dated and just not very menacing for a psycotic acuatic bitch
So this is a HUGE improvement in my eyes 
I wish this series of shorts become an actual Half hour show.
After all the years of History in DC, Black Lightning deserves it.
I have enjoyed them very much (even with the overflowing cheese and camp
)
